A Kids Book About Being an Introvert was co-written and illustrated by me, published by Penguin Random House, DK Publishing, and A Kids Co. We made it for our fellow quiet kids — the ones who recharge alone, think before they speak, and have always felt a little out of step with a loud world. Our goal was simple: help them feel celebrated for exactly who they are.
BallerCam came to BRAINS for a go to market strategy to launch their new product – an AI sports tracking app that turns your iPhone into a livestreaming highlight reel creator. Under my direction, we worked on the full process from web strategy to launch with a custom Shopify build. The BallerCam site is media-rich with multi-sport use cases and ambassador content from Alex Morgan and Dwyane Wade. With one main product and many add-ons, a highly customizable bundler was built including varying iPhone adapters and subscription tiers.
Designing your own agency's site can be the hardest brief there is as we continually grow and expand our offerings. I led the web strategy, visual design, and Webflow development for the BRAINS site as we've taken it from small and scrappy to a portfolio full of multi-hundred million dollar companies.
Casa Ayla is a 91-acre regenerative farm in my hometown of Valley Center, CA. On the same land where Hass avocado cultivation began over 90 years ago. I led full web strategy, visual design, and a custom Shopify build with a content architecture around daily rituals, farm transparency, and the kind of brand storytelling that turns a product purchase into a values purchase.
CASE Floors came to BRAINS for a new brand identity, production work, and a site refresh to match. I led the project through web strategy to a custom Webflow CMS build. What initially looked like a straightforward refresh turned into one of the most technically complex Webflow builds to date at BRAINS. Thousands of lines of custom code, GSAP animations, and a complex product filter system across a full LVP flooring catalog.
CommonLit is a comprehensive ELA curriculum platform serving millions of teachers and students. They came to BRAINS for a full brand refresh including a site that could carry that weight without feeling institutional. I led the full web strategy and Enterprise Webflow build, designing a component-based system with strong information architecture and accessibility at its core.
Elliott Davis is one of the largest accounting and advisory firms in the Southeast. They came to BRAINS for a full brand and site refresh. I led the process end to end, from content architecture and audience mapping through visual design and Webflow development. The challenge was building something that felt sophisticated and approachable without tipping into either corporate sterility or forced warmth.
Legendary actor Tom Hanks wanted to build a coffee brand with all profits going back to military families. Hanx Coffee came to BRAINS with that mission and we built the DTC launch experience around it. The custom Shopify build leaned into storytelling over selling, with a "Stories from the Field" editorial section putting real veterans at the center of the brand. The brand has since gone through a significant rebrand and name change.
As the founding designer for Hello Bello, I helped built the brand from the ground up with BRAINS, Kristen Bell, and Dax Shepard. Responsibilities included developing the logo, countless product skus, diaper patterns, a custom Shopify build, and many supporting brochure sites. Years later, BRAINS led a full redesign that included branding and a new web experience. Five of the original diaper patterns I designed are still in production today.
To round out the new year, BRAINS created an annual report microsite for Hello Bello exploring the state of modern parenthood. I led the design and Webflow development of this editorial microsite, building a storytelling experience with pinned navigation, heavy animation, and a pastel-forward design system that made data feel warm.
Hello Bello needed a microsite in support of their new training pants line. In collaboration with Play-Doh and featuring Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, we built a dual-experience site with a parent section full of real resources and a kid section with playable games.
Magna-Tiles is America's number one magnetic building set. A brand that didn't need reinvention, just a platform worthy of where it was headed. I led web strategy, visual design, and development for a full site migration from WooCommerce to a customized Shopify build, including content architecture, user flows, and audience mapping. The result is a modern experience for Magna-Tiles that's already increased sales over 50% YoY.
Mass Culture is an independent growth marketing agency (and BRAINS' sister agency!) that needed a site as sharp as their pitch. I led strategy, visual design, and Webflow development on a full refresh — integrating GSAP motion, 3D hero elements, and bold data visualizations into a dark, high-energy design system.
Muu came to BRAINS to launch a wearable breastpump in a category that had never been marketed with this much personality. The brief called for something bold, irreverent, and genuinely empowering for new moms — not the soft pastels the category defaults to. I led web strategy, visual design, and Webflow development for the DTC launch, building a brand experience as confident as the product itself.
Nex Playground makes active play systems for families — the kind of product that sounds simple until you see what it actually does. I led visual design and Webflow development on a full site refresh, bringing e-commerce functionality into the new platform alongside a growing catalog of licensed content partnerships with Nickelodeon, Mattel, Sesame Workshop, and more.
A newly launched Moroccan-inspired premium gin deserves a site that feels like the first sip. Palmaraé came to BRAINS for an e-commerce site that could carry the weight of a luxury spirits brand built around botanicals, heritage, and a very specific sense of place. Arched photography, botanical illustration, and a rich gold palette round out this newly launched brand with a custom Webflow build with Shopify integration.
Glen Powell co-founded Smash Kitchen to rethink what belongs in the American pantry including organic, uncompromising staples built for real kitchens. They came to BRAINS to translate that ethos into a digital experience that felt as bold as the packaging on shelf. With a custom Shopify build we prioritized accessibility and mobile UX throughout, letting the brand's high-contrast visual identity do the heavy lifting.
Tonies is a screen-free audio player for kids that was already a phenomenon in Europe when they came to BRAINS to launch in the US. I led the design of the launch site and stayed on through a major brand refresh — a rare chance to work with a product from market entry through maturity. The challenge was translating a beloved international brand into something that felt familiar to American parents without losing what made it special. What started with around 20 products has grown into a tremendous powerhouse with dedicated aisles in Target.
